The company operates the widest 4G network in the country fulfilling the national need of high-speed mobile broadband and creating new opportunities for the country towards a brighter digital future.
Challenge
The customer, one of the largest mobile service providers, was facing the challenge of optimizing and automating its internal business processes across various departments, including Finance, HR, and IT. As the company sought to maintain its position as a leader in high-speed mobile broadband and drive the country’s digital future, it needed a solution that would streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Additionally, the company required a system that adhered to stringent enterprise security guidelines while aligning with its brand and user experience standards. Existing manual workflows were not scalable or agile enough to support the company’s ongoing digital transformation efforts, resulting in inefficiencies and delays in key areas.
To address these challenges, an enterprise-grade workflow automation system was needed that would meet both the organization’s specific requirements and its broader digital transformation goals.
Solution
We proposed to utilize one of the most popular open-source low-code BPM engines, Processmaker and make required customization to tailor-fit the enterprise requirements. It made perfect sense from the cost and customization flexibility perspective. Within a few months, we made customizations for better user experience, branding guidelines, and enterprise security compliance. After that, 10+ business processes in the Finance, HR and IT department were implemented. There are dozens of processes in the pipeline for implementation. The solution resulted in significant cost savings and accelerated digital transformation in some of the key process areas in the organization.
